Signature Restaurant
Four AA Rosettes. A kitchen led by Executive Chef Thomas Wren, whose approach to modern British cuisine has attracted guests from across the world.
The Quay's tasting menu changes weekly with the seasons and the market — a six-course journey through Britain's finest produce, from Herdwick lamb to hand-dived Orkney scallops, always accompanied by our sommelier's wine narrative.

From the first espresso of the morning to the last nightcap, Harbour Brasserie is the heartbeat of UKHarbor — informal, warm and consistently excellent.
The adjoining Palm Court is the home of our celebrated Afternoon Tea — a ritual served daily with fresh-baked scones, finger sandwiches and an extraordinary selection of single-estate teas. Champagne flights are available on request.

Bar & Lounge
Descend into one of Mayfair's most convivial bars — a candlelit den of aged mahogany, leather seating and a cocktail menu that reads like a love letter to British spirits.
Head Bartender Oscar Whitfield-Jones and his team have assembled a programme of seasonal cocktails, rare single malts and a champagne list of extraordinary depth. Light bar dining is available throughout the evening — cold cuts, charcuterie and artisan cheeses from Neal's Yard.

Seasonal Venue
Open from May through September, our rooftop terrace offers cocktails, small plates and uninterrupted views across Mayfair under London's sky.
Fresh oysters, gin and tonic flights, and a rotating menu of seasonal small plates make The Rooftop one of London's most sought-after summer destinations. Heated seats and Moroccan lamps extend the season well into October evenings.
