Our Flagship Venue
The jewel of UKHarbor's event spaces — a soaring Victorian ballroom with gilded plasterwork, four crystal chandeliers and original sash windows overlooking the hotel garden.
Accommodating up to 280 guests for a seated dinner or 350 for a standing reception, The Grand Ballroom features a polished parquet dance floor, a stage for live entertainment and full AV integration. Our dedicated ballroom coordinator manages every detail from seating plans to bespoke floral installations.

Intimate Occasions
Three private dining rooms — The Ashworth, The Carrow and The Rose Room — each offer an intimate atmosphere ideal for birthdays, anniversary dinners, family gatherings and post-theatre suppers.
Seating between 8 and 30 guests, each room is dressed to your specification and served by a dedicated team. Menus are crafted personally by Chef Thomas Wren in collaboration with the host, and our sommelier builds a matched wine programme for the occasion.
